Reporting & Accountability

Accountability through outcomes, transparency, and stewardship.

Accountability is built into the operating model — not added after the fact. MGPN reports on what we do, who we serve, and what we deliver. As an Indigenous-led, for-profit workforce engine, we believe trust is earned through clear outcomes, responsible use of resources, and consistent communication with partners and communities.

How we report

Three audiences, three reporting standards.

Partners and sponsors — Structured reporting sized to the engagement: outcome summaries, employment and wage metrics, program progress, narrative impact, and financial summaries tied to funded activities. Designed for direct use in sponsor ESG, reconciliation, and Indigenous procurement reporting.

Financial accountability — Training, employment, and operational costs are separated cleanly. Funds are used against defined scopes. Documentation is audit-ready. Fair Market Value (FMV) principles govern related-entity transactions.

Communities — Results shared in accessible, respectful formats. Reporting supports community awareness of outcomes, shared understanding of successes and challenges, and continuing dialogue about priorities. Accountability to community is as important as accountability to partners.

What we measure

Success is measured in employment outcomes, not participation alone.

Employment outcomes — Participants entering paid roles at MGPN, wage levels at entry and progression, and retention at 6, 12, and 24 months.

Skills and workforce development — Completion of role-aligned training pathways, certifications earned, movement from supervised practice into paid employment, and advancement into higher-responsibility roles.

Service delivery and performance — Real digital services delivered across the Capacity, Managed, and Augmentation lines. Quality, reliability, and client retention.

Community and reconciliation outcomes — Participation by Indigenous and rural communities, local employment enabled through remote-first delivery, reduced need for relocation, and long-term workforce capacity built in community.

Governance and continuous improvement

MGPN’s governance is structured to protect community trust and partner confidence: Indigenous-majority ownership and operational control, defined leadership roles, clear separation between MGPN and related entities under FMV principles, and standing oversight of compliance, ethics, and conflict-of-interest.

Reporting isn’t an end-of-year activity — it’s a continuous-improvement input. Data informs training adjustments, retention and advancement initiatives, service delivery refinements, and expansion decisions.

Our commitment

Measure what matters. Report honestly and clearly. Use resources responsibly. Remain accountable for employment outcomes. Reconciliation and workforce development must be demonstrated through results — and reporting is how that commitment stays upheld.
